Loreal Brandstorm Competition
Being part of the 2025 L’Oréal Brandstorm competition was one of the most hands-on experiences I’ve had outside the classroom. My team, including Kim Le and Emma Massengill, was challenged to create an innovative beauty product for the male demographic. I led product design and creative direction, shaping the product’s look, functionality, and branding.
I loved conducting research and connecting with local communities and skincare professionals to ground our concept in real insights. This process helped us design a product that was both innovative and authentic while also driving our passion for the industry and product.
Throughout the process, I translated our concept into a cohesive brand, leading design, mock-ups, and storytelling. Working for a global brand like L’Oréal pushed me to think bigger while staying true to creativity and strategic thinking. It was a valuable experience in creative problem solving, brand development, and collaboration.
